How will you confirm my order?
When your order is received, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a despatch confirmation. This will include the following information; Items purchased, payment information, delivery method, delivery information, tracking number (if applicable).
If you placed an order using your Shop8thOnline account, you can track your order through the My Account.
Are my credit or debit card details saved?
If you have an account with us and have purchased online previously, you will have been given the option to save your payment details. If you select yes, your payment details (excluding the CCV number) will be saved and available for you during checkout the next time you place an order. Should you wish to make any changes to the payment information you have stored, this can be done in the My Account area.
How do I know if my order was completed successfully?
When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order confirmation. You will also receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. If you placed your order signed into your Shop8thOnline account, you can track your order status in My Account hub.
Why haven't I received an email to confirm my order?
If you haven’t received an email to confirm your order, don’t panic it can take up to 1 working day to receive your confirmation email. In the meantime, you can view your order after 7 pm by logging into My Account and looking under order history.
How Do I Place an Order?
Follow the steps below to place an order:

- Reviewing Shopping Cart
- Proceed to Checkout
- Account Login
- Returning Customers: Log into your Shop8thOnline Account using the same email address and password.
- New Customers: New customers will ness to create an account. Or, click Checkout as Guest.
- Enter a Billing Address
- Enter Shipping Address
- Payment Information
- Select Delivery
- Submit Order
- Check Your Order Status
