At Shop 8th, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Because our jewelry pieces are crafted and handled with great care, our return guidelines are designed to protect both our clients and the integrity of our products.
Timely Return Requests
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order.
After notification:
Clients within Greater Accra must return the item within 24 hours.
Clients outside Greater Accra must return the item within 48 hours.
Returns requested or dispatched after this period cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as merchandise credit, which can be applied toward future purchases at Shop 8th.
We do not provide cash refunds.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, certificates, pouches, boxes, and tags included.
If packaging is missing or damaged, a 10% packaging fee will be deducted from the merchandise credit.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are non-returnable.
Customized, engraved, or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items that show signs of wear, tampering, or damage outside Shop 8th’s control will not be accepted.
Return Process & Responsibility
All returned items are carefully inspected by our Quality Control Team before approval.
Clients are responsible for the safe return of items, including any associated shipping costs. Shop 8th is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
