Prices are stated in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Shop 8th reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be made in full before items are released. We accept approved payment methods as listed in-store or online.
Orders & Availability
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
In the event an item becomes unavailable after payment, Shop 8th will notify you and issue merchandise credit or arrange an alternative solution.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at purchase.
Shop 8th is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are subject to Shop 8th’s Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Only merchandise credit is offered; no cash refunds.
Certain items, including earrings and customized pieces, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Warranty & Repairs
Shop 8th offers a limited warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
Repairs and servicing may be offered at the client’s cost depending on the nature of the issue.
